Terms of Reference
To oversee an implementation and monitoring framework to support the effective implementation of the National Housing Strategy for People with a Disability, 2011 – 2016. This framework will include:
- The production of an annual implementation progress report which will outline progress made in relation to the achievement of the key priority actions set out in the National Housing Strategy for People with a Disability Implementation Plan
- To provide support in the context of the review/update of specific key priorities and actions contained in the Implementation Plan, as appropriate
To submit the annual implementation progress report to the Cabinet Committee on Social Policy in a timely manner.

Expected Timeframe for the Group to Conclude its Work
The National Housing Strategy for People with a Disability 2011-2016 has been extended to 2020 and the IMG will continue to report up to this point.
