Board fees

The table below details the fees for State Boards under this department and are applicable from 01/01/2010.

Reference to remuneration for chairs and members of Boards relates to the level of fee to which they are entitled. Where public servants are appointed to Boards, no fees are payable.

* Members of the Pyrite Resolution Board are paid a fee of 200 euro per meeting subject to a maximum of 2,400 euro per annum.

** Members of the Residential Tenancies Board who are entitled to Board fees are paid such fees on an attendance basis only. Details regarding the scale of fees and the amounts paid are published in the annual reports of the RTB.

*** Members of the Valuation Tribunal are paid a daily sitting fee of 339.86 euro for attendance at full appeal hearings. A conference fee of 107.42 euro is payable for any follow up meetings that may be required.

**** Indicates that no serving member is in receipt of a fee.
